Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Haikou Experimental Station of CHINESE ACADEMY OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES, highly presided by H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of ARDB and Dr. Guo Gang, Senior Researcher of Haikou Experimental Station, CHINESE ACADEMY OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES, on 12th February 2023 at ARDB Headquarter.

This Memorandum of Understanding is to promote extensive scientific and technological cooperation in agriculture.
