People turn to eat more natural lobster during Pchum Ben festival

During the Pchum Ben festival in 2023, it’s noticed that people living in Sambour commune, Traing district, Takeo province seem to eat more natural lobsters that raised on local farms. According to Mr. Sap Sarun, the owner of the farm said that “After the first day of Kan Ben is coming, his lobster sales began to increase, with a daily sales more than 10 kilograms. Especially, on the Pchum Ben Day, he can sell up to 60 kilograms per day.
According to farmers who raise natural lobsters in the mentioned commune above, during the Pchum Ben festival in 2023, they sold about 500 kilograms of lobsters which the second quality lobster costs 80,000 Riel and the third quality lobster costs 70,000 Riel.
