H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, accompanied by his colleague and representatives of Mekong Strategic Capital (MSC)

H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, the Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) accompanied by his colleague and representatives of Mekong Strategic Capital (MSC), met with the Representatives of Asian Development Bank (ADB) to discuss about the collaboration within the framework of Cambodian Climate Financing Facility (CCFF), which amounts to USD 100 million under Green Climate Fund (GCF) and is endorsed by the Royal Government of Cambodia. As a result, ADB representatives expressed interest in co-financing the project’s implementation and will begin preparing procedures for participation, on 8th February 2024 at ARDB Head Office.
