Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- សិក្សាអំពីខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផលិតកម្មកសិកម្មលើគម្រោងក្សេត្រសាស្ត្រ ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងគម្រោងផ្តល់ឥណទានរបស់ អេ.អ.ឌី.ប៊ី ដោយសិក្សាលើថ្លៃដើមផលិតកម្ម និន្នាកាតម្លៃ ទីផ្សារ និងការវិភាគសេដ្ឋកិច្ច
- សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីតម្លៃកសិផល និងតម្រូវការផលិតផលនៅលើទីផ្សារ សម្រាប់កសិករជ្រើសរើសធ្វើផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម
- ចុះជួបកសិករដែលទទួលបានឥណទានពី អេ.អ.ឌី.ប៊ី ដើម្បីសិក្សាស្វែងយល់អំពីស្ថានភាពអាជីវកម្ម ក្នុងគោលដៅជួយបង្កើនផលិតភាព ដូចជាផ្តល់ការណែនាំបច្ចេកទេសដាំដុះលើមុខដំណាំ ដី និងអាកាសធាតុ ការប្រមូលផល ការទុកដាក់ក្រោយពេលប្រមូលផល ការដឹកជញ្ជូន។ល។
- ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនង សម្របសម្រួល និងផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានទីផ្សារកសិផលសម្រាប់កសិករដៃគូ
- ធ្វើការផ្សព្សផ្សាយ ណែនាំដល់កសិករដែលទទួលបានឥណទានពី អេ.អ.ឌី.ប៊ី នូវវិទ្យាសាស្ត្របច្ចេកទេសក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្ម រួមមាន ការអនុវត្តកសិកម្មល្អ (GAP) ការដាំបន្លែក្នុងផ្ទះសំណាញ់ ។ល។
- តាមដានផលិតកម្ម វិភាគពីកត្តាបច្ចេកទេស ទីផ្សារ បញ្ហាប្រឈម ហានិភ័យ ដែលជះឥទ្ធិពលនៃផលិតកម្មរបស់កសិករគោលដៅ និងលើកយោបល់កែលម្អ
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកក្សេត្រសាស្ត្រកសិកម្ម ឬសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារ យ៉ាងតិច៣ឆ្នាំ នៅក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្មផ្នែកក្សេត្រសាស្ត្រ
- ចេះប្រើ Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email និងកម្មវិធីសន្ទនាផ្សេងៗ
- អាចនិយាយ អាន និងសរសេរភាសាអង់គ្លេសបាន
- មានលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការចុះបំពេញការងារជាមួយកសិករនៅជនបទ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតតាមការប្រគល់ជូនរបស់ធនាគារ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
