- សិក្សាអំពីខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម លើគម្រោងដំណាំបន្លែ ផ្លែឈើ ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងគម្រោងឥណទានរបស់ អេ.អ.ឌី.ប៊ី ដោយសិក្សាលើថ្លៃដើមផលិត បច្ចេកទេស ទីផ្សារ និងការវិភាគសេដ្ឋកិច្ច
- សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីតម្លៃកសិផល និងតម្រូវការផលិតផលកសិកម្មនៅលើទីផ្សារ សម្រាប់កសិករជ្រើសរើសធ្វើផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម
- ផ្តល់ការណែនាំបច្ចេកទេសចាំបាច់ដល់កសិករជាដៃគូរបស់ អេ.អ.ឌី.ប៊ី ដើម្បីបង្កើនផលិតភាពកសិកម្ម
- ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនង សម្របសម្រួល និងផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានទីផ្សារកសិផលសម្រាប់កសិករដៃគូ
- របៀបចំឯកសារគំរូបច្ចេកទេសលើការដាំដុះ ការប្រមូលផល និងការរក្សាទុកនូវផលិតផលបន្លែ ផ្លែឈើ និងផ្សព្សផ្សាយណែនាំដល់កសិករដែលទទួលបានឥណទានពី អេ.អ.ឌី.ប៊ី នូវបច្ចេកទេស បច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីៗ ចាំបាច់សម្រាប់កសិករអនុវត្តន៍
- តាមដានផលិតកម្ម វិភាគពីកត្តាបច្ចេកទេស ទីផ្សារ បញ្ហាប្រឈម ហានិភ័យ ដែលជះឥទ្ធិពលដល់ផលិតកម្មរបស់កសិករគោលដៅ និងលើកយោបល់កែលម្អ
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកកសិកម្មលើជំនាញសាកវប្បកម្ម (ដំណាំឈើហូបផ្លែមានអត្ថិភាពខ្ពស់) ឬសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារយ៉ាងតិច២ឆ្នាំ
- ចេះប្រើ Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email និងកម្មវិធីសន្ទនាផ្សេងៗ
- អាចនិយាយ អាន និងសរសេរភាសាអង់គ្លេសបាន
- មានលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការចុះបំពេញការងារជាមួយកសិករនៅជនបទ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតតាមការប្រគល់ជូនរបស់ធនាគារ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
