Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីគោលការណ៍ឥណទានរបស់ធានាគារ ឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ
- ទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យសុំខ្ចីឥណទាននិងឯកសារផ្សេងៗរបស់អតិថិជន។
- ចុះពិនិត្យ-សិក្សា ដល់ទីកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន។
- ចុះពិនិត្យវត្ថុធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ដែលបានចុះសិក្សា ពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ និង របាយការណ៍វិភាគលើការផ្តល់ ឥណទាន។
- គ្រប់គ្រង ត្រួតពិនិត្យ ការទូទាត់សងបំណុល និងធ្វើការដោះស្រាយលើបំណុលដែលមានបញ្ហាលើការសងត្រលប់។
- រក្សាសំណុំឯកសាររបស់អតិថិជនឱ្យមានសុវត្តិភាព និងងាយស្រួលរក (Soft & hard)។
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំ និងអនុវត្តផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត និងផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ការិយាល័យ។
- សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ រកមូលហេតុចប្បងដែលនាំឱ្យមានការសងបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ និងរៀបចំជារបាយការណ៍។
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតតាមការប្រគល់ជូនពីប្រធានការិយាល័យ ។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ការងារទាក់ទងនឹងផ្នែកឥណទាន យ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- ចេះវិភាគ និងចុះសិក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
- អាចវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍លើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
- អាចវិភាគលើរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែក Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email.
- ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអតិថិជន និងអាជ្ញាធរក្នុងតំបន់
- ភាសាអង់គ្លេសអាចប្រើការបាន
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
