Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអតិថិជនដែលគាត់មកប្រតិបត្តការជាមួយខាងធនាគារ
- ដំណើរការប្រតិបត្តិការធនាគារមានដូចជា ការដាក់-ដកសាច់ប្រាក់បញ្ញើ,ការផ្ទេរប្រាក់ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូររូបិយប័ណ្ណ
- បើកគណនី និងត្រួតពិនិត្យជូនអតិថិជនមានដូចជា Saving Account, Current Account and Fixed deposit
- បង្កើនការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នក្នុងការដាក់ប្រាក់និងដកប្រាក់ អតិថិជន បញ្ចូលក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធធនាគារ
- ធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយគណនីអតិថិជន (កាត់ការប្រាក់ និងប្រាក់ដើម ចេញពីគណនីអតិថិជន)
- ចុះបញ្ជីការគណនេយ្យពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងប្រតិបត្តការផ្សេងៗទៀត
- ធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការផ្ទេរសាច់ប្រាក់ ឫមូលប្បទានប័ត្រជូនអតិថិជន
- យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងរាក់ទាក់ជាមួយអតិថិជន បណ្តាធនាគារ និងស្ថាប័នដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- រៀបចំឯកសារបើកគណនីសន្សំ/គណនីចរន្ត/គណនីប្រាក់បញ្ញើរបស់អតិថិជន ឬបិទគណនីរបស់អតិថិជន
- ធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការដក និងដាក់ប្រាក់បញ្ញើរបស់អតិថិជន
- គ្រប់គ្រងប្រាក់បញ្ញើរបស់អតិថិជន
- រៀបចំបើកគណនី និងបញ្ចូលព័ត៌មានដែលទាក់ទងនឹងគណនីប្រាក់កម្ចីអតិថិជននៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធធនាគារស្នូល តាមប្រភេទអតិថិជន និងប្រភេទអាជីវកម្ម
- រៀបចំសក្ខីប័ត្រសម្រាប់ការដកឥណទាន ទទួលបង់ប្រាក់ឥណទាន និងសម្រាប់ការប្រាក់ដែលបានមកពីឥណទាន ការផ្ទេរប្រាក់ និងទូទាត់សងប្រាក់ដែលបានខ្ចីពីស្ថាប័ន
- តាមដានការបង់ប្រាក់អតិថិជននីមួយៗ
- កត់ត្រាប្រតិបត្តិការដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងប្រាក់បញ្ញើឥណទាន
- ពិនិត្យ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ការប្រាក់លើការប្រាក់ឥណទាន និងការប្រាក់បញ្ញើ
រក្សាទុកឯកសារទាក់ទងនឹងគណនីអតិថិជន

Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
