Quality Assurance Manager

• Work in highly collaborative teams and build quality applications.
• Ensure all testing procedures and stages are followed as per the defined policy and procedure.
• Prepare documents for system testing.
• Knowledge of current standards and practices in software development
• Inspect all operations that affect the quality.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of production by checking the process and the result.
• Assess customer needs and make sure they are satisfied.
• Prepare and submit reports on the training program to the line manager on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Facilitate active solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Keep documents safe.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT operation or quality assurance in banking or related systems
• Well-educated knowledge in accounting and finance or related systems experience
• Well-understanding of testing applications and flow processes
• Good knowledge of IT operations and quality assurance.
• Willingness to learn new software systems.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, design system, and analysis
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong commitment to work under pressure and the ability to work independently in a team spirit.
