Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of scripts for testing based on project requirements
- System testing and analysis
- To explore the possibilities in the system for new business needs
- Report the test results to the chair.
- Draft a user guide for users to implement in the system.
- Check and patch the core banking, marketplace, digital, and internal systems for all modules.
- Facilitate the team during project testing.
- Support your supporters and stakeholders.
- Find a solution to any problem in production.
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
- At least 1 year’s experience in IT operation or quality assurance in banking or related systems
- Well-educated knowledge in accounting and finance or related systems experience
- Well-understanding of testing applications and flow processes
- Good knowledge of IT operations and quality assurance.
- Willingness to learn new software systems.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, design system, and analysis
- Good communication skills in English
