Research, Policy, and Training Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Involve in developing and updating policies related to green finance in accordance with applicable regulations and relevant guideline
  • Involve in conducting internal and external dissemination and training on the principles, procedures, conditions, and processes for the implementation of green finance
  • Research on the experience of the Green Business Models, Principles and Conditions of Green Financing
  • Monitor and research on related any materials related to green finance
  • Research on the practical experience, Green Business Model, Principles, and criteria of green financing
  • Involve in developing and / or updating green finance policies and procedures, including standard documents and other relevant documentation forms
  • Participate in trainings, workshops, meetings and / or activities within the framework of green financing
  • Develop and produce guidelines and tools for training on the principles, procedures, criteria, and processes of green financing
  • Involve in providing training to ARDB’s staff and / or related institutions on policies, procedures, conditions, and processes for implementing green financing; and
  • Collaborate with the relevant department to develop and implement business strategic plans and other work related to green financing.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree of Banking and Finance , Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Previous experience in research and preparing report (especially in banking sector)
  • English level (can write, read, listen, and speak)
  • Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
  • Have skill in research and data collection
  • Be good at preparing reports
  • Passionate about research and skill development
  • Understand the general bank’s operation

Salary and other benefits
