Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- គ្រប់គ្រងការផ្ដល់ឥណទានសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ដែលឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអាជីវកម្មរបស់ធនាគារ ARDB
- សិក្សា និងវាយតម្លៃពីស្ថានភាពអាជីវកម្មលទ្ធភាពបង់សង និងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានកិច្ចសន្យាខ្ចីបរិភោគ កិច្ចសន្យាផ្សេងៗដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងតាមដានការប្រើប្រាស់ឥណទានរួម និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍បំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវជូនប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានឥណទាន
- ចុះពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃជាក់ស្តែងដល់ទីតាំងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលដែលអតិថិជនគ្រោងដាក់បញ្ចាំ
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ចុះដល់ទីកន្លែង និងរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ផ្តល់ឥណទាន
- រៀបចំរក្សាទុកនូវសំណៅថតចម្លងមួយនៃរាល់ឯកសារជាពាក្យស្នើសុំឥណទានទុកជាប្រវត្តិឥណទានរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងព័ត៌មានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុផ្សេងៗទៀត
- ពិនិត្យឡើងវិញ និងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពឯកសារឥណទាន
- ចូលរួមក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីផលិតផលនានារបស់ធនាគារ ARDB
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ការងារទាក់ទងនឹងផ្នែកឥណទាន យ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- ចេះវិភាគ និងចុះសិក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
- ចេះសិក្សាប្រមូលព័ត៌មាន និងវិភាគស្ថានភាពអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន
- អាចវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍លើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
- អាចវិភាគលើរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែក Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email.
- ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអតិថិជន និងអាជ្ញាធរក្នុងតំបន់
- ភាសាអង់គ្លេសអាចប្រើការបាន
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
