Senior Cybersecurity Officer

• Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing.
• Implements security controls and a risk assessment framework in alignment with regulatory requirements, including PCI-DSS compliance.
• Conduct security patch management.
• Regularly monitor and respond to cyber threats (Phishing attacks, Malware attacks, Ransomware)
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs to the staff.
• Conduct phishing attack exercises regularly.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Cybersecurity policies and procedures to align with standard best practices.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Information Security Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
• Conduct and maintain robust information security hardening measures to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Cybersecurity practices, tools, and processes.
• Provide recommendations for improving the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
• A Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity, preferably within the banking industry.
• Cybersecurity project management and planning
• Understanding Cybersecurity Attack Tactics and Techniques
• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing
• Network Security Threats, Vulnerabilities, and Attacks
• Network Security Policy Design and Implementation
• Network Incident Response and Management
• Secure Firewall, VPN, and IDS/IPS Configuration and Management
• Wireless Network Defense.
• Has technical cybersecurity certifications preferred such as CISSP, CNP, Security+ or CEH.
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit.
