Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- វាយតម្លៃទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលស្របតាមគោលការណ៍វាយតម្លៃទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល
- ពិនិត្យ និងតាក់តែងកិច្ចសន្យាបង្កើតហ៊ីប៉ូតែក
- រៀបចំ និងកត់ត្រាបញ្ជីគ្រប់គ្រងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល
- រៀបចំបទដ្ឋានបច្ចេកទេស និងយន្តការអនុវត្តលើការវាយតម្លៃទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល
- រៀបចំ និងតាក់តែងឯកសារសម្រាប់ធ្វើការដាក់បន្ទុកទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលនៅអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និង/ឬរដ្ឋបាល សុរិយោដី
- ពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើបញ្ហាទាក់ទងនឹងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល ដោយផ្អែកលើមូលដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត
- បំពេញការងារជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និង/ឬពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានបញ្ហានានាទាក់ទងនឹងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល
- តាមដានបម្រែបម្រួលប្លង់ អចលនទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍អំពីការប្រែប្រួលនេះ ដាក់ជូនប្រធានការិយាល័យ និងឆ្លងតាមឋានានុក្រម
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ការងារអំពីទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល ដែលខ្លួនទទួលបន្ទុកជូនប្រធាន
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកនីតិសាស្រ្ត ឬបរិញ្ញាបត្រធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារលើផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិតាមយ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- អាចសិក្សាវាយតម្លៃ និងអាចប៉ាន់ប្រមាណនូវតម្លៃអចលនទ្រព្យនៅលើទីផ្សារ
- មានការយល់ដឹងសញ្ញាណច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអចលនទ្រព្យ
- មានទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ចំពោះការងារ
- យល់ដឹងពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកភាសាអង់គ្លេសល្អ (ស្តាប់ និយាយ អាន និងសរសេរ)
- មានអាយុមិនលើសពី ៣០ឆ្នាំ គិតត្រឹមថ្ងៃដាក់ពាក្យស្នើសុំបម្រើការងារ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
