Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- សម្របសម្រួលលើការផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច មធ្យម និងសហគ្រាសធុនធំ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែច្រវាក់នៃផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម
- សិក្សា និងវាយតម្លៃពីស្ថានភាពអាជីវកម្មលទ្ធភាពបង់សង និងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន
- ពិនិត្យពាក្យស្នើសុំខ្ចីបរិភោគ និងពន្យល់អតិថិជនពីគោលការណ៍ក្នុងការផ្តល់ឥណទានរបស់ ARDB
- ចុះពិនិត្យ និងសិក្សា ដល់ទីកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន
- ចុះពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃជាក់ស្តែងដល់ទីតាំងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលដែលអតិថិជនគ្រោងដាក់បញ្ចាំ
- ធ្វើការតាមដានការប្រើប្រាស់ឥណទានរបស់អតិថិជន
- ចូលរួមក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីផលិតផលនានារបស់ ARDB
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទាន កិច្ចសន្យាខ្ចីបរិភោគ កិច្ចសន្យាផ្សេងៗដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងតាមដានការប្រើប្រាស់ ឥណទាន រួមនិងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍បំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវជូនប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានឥណទាន។
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមការប្រគល់ជូនពីប្រធាន
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- មានបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនិងធនាគារ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឬគណនេយ្យ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារដែលទាក់ទងនឹងឥណទាន
- មានចំណេះដឹងទាក់ទងទៅវិស័យកសិកម្ម
- កម្រិតភាសាអង់គ្លេស (អាចសរសេរ អាន ស្តាប់ និងនិយាយ)
- ជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រសម្រាប់ការិយាល័យ (Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- យល់ដឹងពីដំណើរការទូទៅរបស់ធនាគារទាំងមូល
- មានការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងរក្សាការសម្ងាត់វីជ្ជាជីវៈ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
