Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize department’s administrative task and other administrative documents
- Ensure green finance implementation and documentation in accordance with policy
- Participate in preparing progress reports on green loan portfolio and other related reports
- Gather updated information such as Decision, policy, and other relevant information
- Participate in preparing the budget plan for department
- Submit the past due case to the department, unit or working group in charge of collecting bad debt
- Collaborating with the Department of Business and Strategic Development to prepare and implement strategic business plans, research, and customer surveys on the quality of green loan products and banking services.
- Preparing the loan documents depending on the check list to ensure sufficiency, correctness, and order before proceeding the withdrawal procedure, filing and/or sending to the relevant departments
- Register all in-out documents of the Green Finance Department and follow up the distribution of those documents
- Manage the inventory for department
- Enter data and download files from Credit Bureau of Cambodia (CBC)
- Keep customer credit files and other documents secured and easy to access information
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head of department.
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration and equivalent
- Experience in administration, Accounting and Finance
- Microsoft office (Ms. Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Internet and E-mail
- English (writing, reading, listening, and speaking).
- Prepare administrative, accounting, and financial documents
- Understand other regulations related to banking and finance
- Problem solving skill
- Environmental, social and governance (ESG) awareness (more advantage)
- Integrity and impartiality

Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
