Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ចូលរួមគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យទីផ្សារឱ្យស្ថិតនៅក្នុងកម្រិតដែលអាចទទួលយកបាន ដូចបានចែងនៅក្នុងឯកសារគោលនយោបាយគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យ និងឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ។
- ធ្វើការពិនិត្យ វិភាគ និងវាយតម្លៃលំហូរធុរកិច្ចនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងរតនាគាររបស់ធនាគារ។
- កំណត់ហានិភ័យ និងរាយការណ៍ជូនផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីចាត់វិធានការសមស្រប។
- ប្រមូលទិន្នន័យអំពីប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់ធនាគារ និងធ្វើការវិភាគដើម្បីសន្និដ្ឋានអំពីប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យទីផ្សាររបស់ធនាគារ។
- តាមដានព័ត៌មានអំពីព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដែលអាចនាំឲ្យមានហានិភ័យដល់ធនាគារ។
- តាមដាន និងសិក្សាអំពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិនានាដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងហានិភ័យទីផ្សារ ដើម្បីងាយស្រួលប្រតិបត្តិតាម។
- សំណូមពរការកែសម្រួលគោលនយោបាយ ឬគោលការណ៍នានារបស់ធនាគារដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យ។
- ចូលរួមប្រជុំ និងជួបជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋាន និងបុគ្គលិកផ្សេងៗជាប្រចាំដើម្បីតាមដានកម្រិតហានិភ័យ និងចូលរួមដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា។
- សហការជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យឥណទាន។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាប័ត្រផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដូចជាធនាគារ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ស្ថិតិ គ្រប់គ្រងអាជីវកម្ម ឬគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច១ ឆ្នាំ ជាពិសេសនៅក្នុងវិស័យធនាគារ ឬទីផ្សារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានជំនាញវិភាគរបាយការណ៍ ឬព័ត៌មានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- យល់ដឹងពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft office ,Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- មានគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិត និងផ្តួចផ្តើមថ្មីៗ
- ឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម និងយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ចំពោះការងារ ប្រកបដោយសុក្រឹតភាព និងភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
