Senior Administrative and Relation Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficiency of implementation of administrative tasks of the department and facilitation of administrative documents.
  • Relation and coordinate with relevant Ministry institutions and Development Partners on green finance under the Development Partners Fund and/or under the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
  • Participate in observing the process of organizing and implementing work related to the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) under the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
  • Gather updated information, such as decisions, policies, and other relevant information.
  • Organize internal and external meetings with relevant institutions as required.
  • Participate in preparing the budget plan for the department.
  • Support and collaborate with the Business Strategy Development Department to prepare and implement business strategy plans, research, and customer surveys on the quality of green loan products and banking services.
  • Prepare loan documents based on the checklist to ensure sufficiency, correctness, and order before proceeding with the withdrawal procedure, filing, and/or sending to the relevant departments.
  • Register all in-out documents of the Green Finance Department and follow up on the distribution of those documents.
  • Enter data and download files from the Credit Bureau of Cambodia (CBC).
  • Prepare a mission letter and perform work according to provinces, cities, and abroad.
  • Keep customer loan files and other documents secured and easy to access information, and perform other duties as assigned by the head of the department.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience (especially in administration, accounting, finance, and banking sectors)
  • Experience in reporting
  • English (can write, read, listen, and speak).
  • Microsoft Office (Ms.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Internet and E-mail
  • Prepare administrative, accounting, and financial documents.
  • Understand other regulations related to banking and finance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
