Senior Core Banking Support Officer

• Monitor, install and configure T24 operational service performance.
• Implement and report on T24 service operations, processes, and procedures, and perform problem or incident escalation management.
• Support the user who raised the issue related to the core banking system T24 by checking the root cause, finding a solution, and solving it.
• Understanding the skills of supporting, accounting, and solving log the issue ticket on the Temenos portal.
• Script preparation for testing based on requirements (fix issue, new business requirement).
• Create a report template as per request from the related department.
• System testing and analysis.
• Report the testing results to the direct manager
• Working commitment to complete the task assigned by management

• Bachelor of IT or related field.
• Experience 2 years with core banking system: control user in CBS T24, support and solving issues in the core banking system
• Core banking system management, support daily transactions, report extracting from the CBS T24
• Willingness to learn new software systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit
