Senior Green Loan Underwriting and Portfolio Management Officer

• Evaluate and recommend green loans to ensure they meet environmental and social standards.
• Manage the Green Loan Portfolio by classifying loans based on their Environmental and Social Impacts.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management Department to manage and update green lending risks, and Environmental and Social Assessment Scoring.
• Monitor loan portfolios daily to address overdue loans promptly and prevent late debts.
• Engage with Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) project implementation.

• Participate in developing cost structures for green technology investment projects compared to non-green projects.
• Consult and explain to target customers about Green Lending Policy and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct on-site visits, assess loans, and prepare visit reports.
• Check and verify green loan applications to evaluate repayment capacity, collateral quality, and adherence to lending procedures.
• Supervise client compliance with loan agreements and refer non-compliance cases to the Legal Affairs and Compliance Department.
• Contribute to implementing the CCFF project as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience, especially in the banking sector, loan assessment and evaluation, problem-solving, and reporting.
• Awareness of Green Finance and ESG principles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (writing, reading, listening, and speaking).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
