H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of ARDB, accompanied by colleagues, have met and expressed courtesy call to Mr. Alberto E. Pascual President and CEO of the Philippine Guarantee Corporation at its headquarter in Philippines on the afternoon of 24th October 2022 with the facilitation from ADFIAP. This visit aims to share experiences on development finance and discuss on the credit guarantee facilities in Philippines with the appropriate business modeling and approaches. Both institutions have also had willingness to explore further cooperation in the future.
