HE. Dr Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as the chief Executive Officer of Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) has received a warm courtesy call from H.E. Touch Kim Sreang President of the Khmer Literature and Culture Association and his Associates on Wednesday March 20th, 2024. During this courtesy call H.E. Touch Kim Sreang has offered 500 Buddhist dictionaries to HE. Dr. for distributing to pagodas for further study and research of Khmer literature.
