H.E BAN Lim

His Excellency BAN Lim joins ARDB as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2021.

H.E had been working as a legal adviser, an internal auditor, and a banking supervisor in the National Bank of Cambodia for more than 20 years.

H.E BAN Lim holds Master of Business Administration from the National University of Management where he graduated in 2005 and a Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in 1998. For many years, H.E was also a lecturer in the field of banking law and regulation at Center for Banking Studies of the National Bank of Cambodia and Institute of Banking and Finance.
