• Install and configure servers, storage, printers, and software.
• Support users’ issues related to the network and internet connection by checking the root cause, finding a solution, and solving it.
• Configure Switch, Router, Firewall, Setup OS (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Setup VPN for Branch.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Experience with installing O.S., network design, configuring switches, routers, firewalls, IP phones, and supporting and solving issues related to hardware firmware, O.S., network devices, and Internet connections.
• Configure and use logs to collect network traffic.
• A willingness to learn new skills, share among team members, use technology, and challenge new problems.
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong commitment to work under pressure and the ability to work independently in a team spirit.
• Responsible (be able to work at night and weekends)
