• Facilitate the team during project testing.
• Support your supporters and stakeholders.
• Find a solution to any problem in production.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• At least 1 year’s experience in IT operation or quality assurance in banking or related systems
• Well-educated knowledge in accounting and finance or related systems experience
• Well-understanding of testing applications and flow processes
• Good knowledge of IT operations and quality assurance.
• Willingness to learn new software systems.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, design system, and analysis
• Good communication skills in English
