Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Coalition of Cambodian Agricultural Communities (CCAC) on Cooperation Partnership to promote fundamental financial training, business management, book keeping, and expansion of financial support to agricultural cooperatives, presided by H.E. Chan Seyha, representing H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) with Oknha Hang Sokun, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodian Agricultural Community Coalition on 16th February 2023 at the Head Office of ARDB Bank.
