H.E. Chan Seyha, representing H.E Dr. KAO Thach, had a discussion with the delegation of Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (MARA.P.R. China)

On May 15, 2023, H.E. Chan Seyha, deputy CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), representing H.E Dr. KAO Thach, the Royal Government Delegate in charge as CEO of ARDB, and colleagues had a discussion with the delegation of Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (MARA.P.R. China) about Cambodia-China Agricultural Development Plan in order to attract Chinese investors to invest in the agricultural sector in Cambodia with a representative from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery. In this discussion, ARDB has shared information regarding its policies, projects, and main role as the state-owned policy bank, which focuses on the agricultural sector and rural development. After the discussion, The Chinese delegations have learned more about ARDB and expects further cooperation in the future.
