On December 11, 2023, H.E. Dr. KAO THACH, the Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), accompanied by his colleague, met with the Representatives of Korea Development Bank (KDB) and Mekong Strategic Capital (MSC) to discuss further about next steps in implementation of Cambodian Climate Financing Facility (CCFF) endorsed by the Royal Government of Cambodia.
