H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Royal Government Delegate in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) had an honor to accompany H.E. Dr. AUN Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, in the Opening Ceremony of Climate Investment Funds (CIF) Asia-Pacific Knowledge Sharing, on April 1st 2024, at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, with participation from Minister of Finance of Samoa, Director of CIF, Senior Advisor in charge Climate Change, 13 country representatives in the Asia-Pacific, Developing Partners, Educational Institutes, Research Institutes, Business Association and Alliances, Indigenous Community and Local Community in Cambodia.
