H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Royal Government Delegate in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) has led the ARDB TV Online Working Group to follow the working progress and provide further guidance to speed up the agricultural news broadcasting and agricultural techniques programs to spread insightful information to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and the public.
