Presided over the ADFIAP International CEO Forum XVII

On November 6, 2024, H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as the CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) and Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), presided over the ADFIAP International CEO Forum XVII in Bali, Indonesia, as Chair and delivered the opening remarks.
This year’s forum centered around the theme: “Building a Sustainable Future: The Crucial Role of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in a Low Carbon Development Agenda.”
In his speech, H.E. Dr. KAO Thach emphasized that DFIs serve as catalysts for an equitable transition to low-carbon economies.
